About the Willibrord Chamber Choir

The Willibrord Chamber Choir was founded by Bas Groenewoud in September 2014. The repertoire of the choir includes a cappella works from the various cultural-historical musical style periods as well as works with instrumental accompaniment. A focus is on the performance of religious or church music composed by European composers. Several times a year the choir gives a concert at locations located in and around the city of Utrecht. All concerts are to be announced in the agenda on this website.

The Willibrord Chamber Choir uses a project-based working method whereby, on average, six rehearsals are held prior to each performance. The choir has permanent members, however amateur singers have the opportunity to sign up per performance. Interested singers can present themselves by sending an email to info@willibrordkamerkoor.nl or a message via the contact form.
